REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Elevated 290 LLC accepts returns under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getelevated.com with your order number and photos.
Approved claims will be exchanged or issued store credit.

Refund Method

  • No cash or original payment refunds

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only
