Elevated 290 LLC accepts returns under the following conditions:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
Opened or used items are not eligible for return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getelevated.com with your order number and photos.
Approved claims will be exchanged or issued store credit.

No cash or original payment refunds
All approved returns are issued as store credit only
